This program includes: 4 x 30- minutes exercise sessions delivered by exercise physiologist, Nat, specifically designed to mitigate known health risks during pregnancy such as gestational diabetes, weak and sore hip musculature and reduced upper back strength and flexibility. Embark on your pregnancy journey with confidence through our *Exercise for Preconception & Prenatal Care* program. This comprehensive 4-part exercise series is designed to introduce you to functional movements that prepare your body both physically and mentally for the demands of pregnancy. Guided by Nat, an expert in women's health, you'll start with foundational exercises and progress to more complex movements, targeting key muscle groups and physiological systems essential for a healthy pregnancy. Each 30-minute workout is evidence-based and crafted to support your body's changing needs. All you need is an internet connection, a yoga mat, and optional weights or bands. Whether you're a beginner or returning to exercise after a break, you can start with bodyweight exercises and gradually add resistance as you build strength. Set a goal to complete one workout per week for four weeks, then repeat the program to continue reaping the benefits.
