“There is a lot of talk about the influence of histamine on hormones and fertility, but I find clinically many practitioners remain unclear about what constitutes high, normal and low histamine, how to clinically assess actual levels AND when it’s relevant to an individual's hormone & fertility presentation. And beyond this, which management strategies work best for differing presentations.

High oestrogen is NOT always associated with elevated histamine. High histamine is NOT always associated with oestrogen excess. And treating everyone with a given condition (e.g. endometriosis) as if they have histamine issues, is clinically erroneous. However, when the issue does exist, almost nothing else matters if it’s not managed effectively.

Many of you have been asking me for clearer guidelines around this. This material is different to anything I've presented before, and I think it's genuinely essential and foundational knowledge for all of those working with hormones & fertility. If you've mentored with me, you know I talk about this often, but this is all of the fundamentals & recommendations... finally in one place!”

Rhiannon has been in busy clinical practice with a specific focus on reproductive health for the past 18 years. Seeking mentorship from Rachel Arthur from early in her career has contributed to an in-depth understand of the influence on and management of histamine for physical and mental health. Having successfully assessed and managed histamine issues in countless hormone and fertility patients, Rhiannon is acutely aware of the complex interplay between the two.

She brings this breadth of clinical experience to her education and mentoring, with the aim of sharing strategies to help optimise practitioner confidence and patient outcomes in this often confusing field
