Our resident exercise physiologist at RH Reproductive Health, Nat, has put together a cheat sheet of exercise do's and don'ts during pregnancy. Nat is highly experienced in working with this patient group, coaching women and AFABs of all fitness levels and abilities through their pregnancy journeys.
While exercise can continue during pregnancy as usual for some, it's important to seek specialised, individual care for others with more complex cases.
