Service Description

Part consultation, part exercise session, in this 1:1 we'll review your current exercise prescription, discuss barriers/ successes, update any health information, perform exercise and exercise testing (if appropriate), and plan the next stage of your program. Only for return exercise physiology patients. These sessions can be offered in person at Kinetic Club in Collingwood. Please advise if you prefer a face-to-face meeting.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment will attract a 50% consult fee.
