Service Description

1:1 initial consultation exploring your current health, medical history, family history, previous exercise history/ successes, motivators/ barriers, goals; ongoing health education, physical assessment and individualised exercise prescription targeting your goals, pathology, abilities and deficits. Book this consult if you have been diagnosed with a medical condition, if you struggle for motivation, or if you are unsure if it is safe to commence exercise. These sessions can be offered in person at Kinetic Club in Collingwood. Please advise if you prefer a face-to-face meeting.
